Firm booking upon receipt of 25% of the total amount

Cancellation :
· Over 30 days prior arrival: deposit of 25% will be kept
· Less than 30 days prior arrival: total amount will be debited. Should the room /apartment be rented in the mean time 75% of the total would be refunded.
